Don’t let anyone dim your light, sis!

Do you want to stay lit? in order to stay lit, you have to remove all negative thinking. Negative thinking is a prison that leads to anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and even anger. The more you focus on the negative, the more you are giving to the exact thing you’re not wanting. Being a firm believer of manifesting, this is not a good look.

Are your views lit? How you view a person, situation or place will determine your mindset. Your mindset is created by how you perceive the current circumstance. If you are not careful, your mind will play all types of tricks on you and still your light. Negative thinking is nothing but bad transferable energy and disables growth. It has no value other than to keep you from being open to possibilities and it keeps you small.

Below are a few important steps to help you deal with negativity and maintaining your light.

  1. Self-aware – Become conscious and self-aware. Know that just because the negative voice in your head is telling you something, does NOT mean it’s true. It starts with a thought and then you give it power by believing it and then manifesting it.
  2. Analyze – Analyze your thoughts justify why it is a negative thought and its power will vanish. When you analyze your negative thinking, you can then begin to question those voices in your head. You will then realize that your mind often plays tricks on you and dwells on the past. Don’t allow this to happen. Really step back and analyze the thought and ask ”is this really true or all in my head”.
  3. Choose Wisely– Do not pour into your negativity. Be strong, sis. When you do this, it gets easier for you to select the actions you want to take instead of being crippled by your inner thoughts. You do not have to be controlled by it. When the negative thoughts starts, simply say manifesting love, enjoy. I appreciate your input and I am NOT listening to you right now or allowing you to dim my light.” Every time you take an action towards what you do want, you reclaim your power, maintain your light, and manifest your intention.

You are powerful, but so are your thoughts. Not only are they powerful against you, but everyone around you too. Don’t dim your light or others. You have the power to change your reality by changing what you focus on.
